General
The main goal is to offer total service in ship repair and overhauling. Also on land basis we are working in miscellaneous steel- and mechanical projects.
Human
resources
Our manpower consists of steelworkers, welders, mechanics, carpenters and workers.
We have qualified welders for all types of welding. In total we are app. 100 people in the yard in addition to various subcontractors.
Facilities
Buildings are total app. 4.300 m². One floating dock and two slipways are for serving the
dockings.
Tools and
equipment
Slippurinn has all necessary tool and equipment to carry out services for ships. Those are tools
for general steelwork and mechanical work, high pressure washing and painting, cranes etc. Also we have number of special tools.
